Our chatbot is powered using third-party conversational AI infrastructure provided by Voiceflow.

This means:

  • User messages are processed through Voiceflow’s systems to generate responses
  • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes
  • Data is only processed for the functioning of the chatbot service

5. Data Storage and Retention

We aim to store the minimum amount of data necessary.

  • Age information may be stored temporarily or in session-based memory to support chatbot functionality.
  • Chat messages may be processed in real-time to generate responses.
  • We do not intentionally build long-term personal profiles of users.
  • Where possible, data is minimized or anonymized.

6. Children’s Privacy

This service is designed to provide safe, age-appropriate content.

We do not collect personal identifying information from children.

Only age-related information is used to ensure safety and appropriate content filtering.

If we become aware of unintended collection of sensitive personal data, we will take steps to delete it where possible.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse or disclosure.

However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted online.

Users are encouraged not to share sensitive personal information such as:

  • Financial details

within chatbot conversations.
